Meet The Coaches
Shannon Fry
Shannon Fry’s cheerleading career began at Macon High School, where she was a member of its first-ever National Champion team and was also named to the International Cheerleading Foundations Team America. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Education. She was a 4 -year member of the nationally acclaimed Mizzou Golden Girls, helping the program win its first national titles in 1991 and 1992. She was a four-time Collegiate All-American and a 3 -year team captain. After a year with the Kansas City Chiefs, Shannon coached Blue Springs High School to three Class 5 state titles. In 1998 she returned to her alma mater to coach the Golden Girls, a position she held for 21 seasons. Under her direction, the team consistently finished in the top 5 nationally and in 2003 won the USA National Championship. In 2019 Shannon was recognized for her dedication to the sport of dance and commitment to coaching by being inducted into The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. This year, the Golden Girls program was also inducted. Shannon and her husband Shaon are co-owners of Peak Sport and Spine Physical Therapy. They reside in Macon and are parents to Bode (17), Jake (15) and Gracie (12).
Tricia Blankenship
Tricia's cheerleading career experience began on the coed team at Missouri State University for four years after graduating from Eldon High School in Eldon, MO.
During that time, she worked as a Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) staffer teaching numerous camps and clinics all over Missouri. Her 17-year high school coaching career began shortly after college, bringing home two state titles, and transferred over to all-star cheerleading four years ago.
Terin Fuemmeler
Terin comes to the All Star Cheer world after 10 years of serving as the Central Methodist University cheer coach. She is a former University of Kansas cheerleader and also spent time on the sidelines of Arrowhead Stadium as a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader. The past eight years Terin has been involved in All Star cheer through her daughters, Tenley and Tvley, athletes on CAMO's Elite Level 384 teams.
